Up for auction is this 1931 original Model A 2 door sedan. This is a very solid car with no rust or patchpanels. Not 'show' quality, but a very straight body and new interior. The mileage is not known to be exact. The body isn't perfect as it has a few small scratches and dings and some cracking of the paint on the rear fenders, but nothing major. I would consider the car to be a good parade car and a daily driver. You certainly could take it to car shows as it is very presentable just the way it is. Especially for the price. Very nice new interior, all glass perfect with new weatherstripping around the windows. All window roll up & down easily. No wipers. Lights all work and e-brake works. Guages all work. Car starts up each time with no smoking at all. Engine and tranny have been totally overhauled. Looks to be 7-8 yr old restoration. The two back tires are new, front tires have some tread and no weatherchecking. New hubcaps. As far as brightworks go the radiator shell is nice, headlight buckets are very nice, bumpers could be re-chromed, but are not rusty either. Radiator is in good condition and motor runs cool. Brakes are a little soft, but they do stop the car just fine. New brake pads included. Car has the 'tool set' and 'jack'. Car has indented firewall, new plugs, wires, rotor cap, points and freshly tuned. Nicely painted spoke wheels and very clean underneath. New vinyl top in perfect shape. Under the hood is very clean with doors that close nicely. This car is very dependable as it starts easily, stops OK, and doesn't shimmy. New king pins. The buyer is responsible to arrange and pay for transportation of this car. It is currently in the garage and can be kept there for 30 days after the end of the auction. The down payment of $1000 is due to PayPal within 24 hours of the end of the auction with the balance due either by cash in person or wired to our bank account within 7 days of the end of the auction. The balance will NOT be accepted in to PayPal.
