We are only selling because we have replaced this van with a smart car and we no longer need a vehicle this large for our photography service. With only 46k miles this van has very low mileage for a commercial vehicle of this age. The paint looks excellent from 5-10 feet, however close up you can notice where our vinyl graphic lettering used to be, and there are nicks in the paint in several spots around the van which we have filled in with white touch up paint. There is a spot on the front edge of the right passenger door where where the metal is bent back from the wind blowing the door open to far (before we could repair a broken hinge). Please see the photos. The tires were replaced within the last year, and they have received 5k miles or less since then. The engine starts easily and runs strong with excellent gas mileage. Overall this van is in very good condition, and the interior and mileage on this van are very likely much better than you would expect for a 6-7 year old van.
