Everything has been gone-through and many parts are new. Choppahead is a premier custom Triumph shop, we've been doing this for a decade. Don't settle for some sketchy eBay bike with a sketchy history - "It ran when it was last parked usually = the bike is jacked up!!!" This isn't one of our full ground up builds, but it's damn close and we'll let it go cheaper!!!! THIS BIKE JUST TOOK 2nd PLACE AT THE NORTHEAST MOTORCYCLE EXPO (Triumph Rigid Class)!!! Here's some stats on the bike: - Completely rebuilt top-end - new pistons, new rings, new bore-job on the jug, new valves/springs/guides in the T120-R dual carb head. - TWO brand new Amal 930 Carbs, with new mini-velocity stacks! - Bottom end has been professionally inspected and gone through - We put in a new alternator, new clutch plates, new primary chain, and went through the transmission. Bottom end is a 1972 TR6. - 1967 stock Triumph front frame section, with Choppahead hardtail, battery box, & aluminum oil bag - all powdercoated gloss black. - Powdercoated wheels - rims/hubs have been powdercoated, new brakes in the rear. Rear tire is brand new, front tire is used, but has plenty of tread and life on it. New drive-chain, new chain tensioners, new brake rod, and brake arm. - All new electrics/wiring/igniton setup - new boyer electronic ignition, boyer high output coil, new podtronics voltage regulator, all new wiring, new battery, Choppahead spade points cover. - New exhaust - brand new cycle shack exhaust pipes and all new exhaust clamps, - New seat/springs. - New levers/switches- Triumph mid-controls mounted to Choppahead SuperStock chrome-moly motor/peg mounts - powdercoated with new peg rubber- Super cool burnt-orange metal flake peanut tank, hand-pinstriped by Charlie the One-Armed Bandit! (scallops & design)- Chrome rear fender - awesome one-off floating strut design -- no side-struts!! - New headlight, taillight, and side-mount taillight/license plate bracket.
