I saw the vehicle after it slid sideways into an evergreen tree. The lower branches cushioned the impact. The vehicle was repaired by a professional shop. A door, rear quarter panel, and a new convertible top frame were installed. This is my fourth Miata. The MiataSpeed is very different from the standard model. It has hundreds of unique parts including a turbocharger, 17-inch wheels, black leather seats stitched with red thread in a "baseball" pattern, fabric convertible top, fog lights, and upgraded suspension components. At least once a week a stranger has approached me and commented on the appearance of the car. The vehicle was damaged when it had less than 1,900 (not 19,000) miles. I have driven the car for the remaining 45,000 miles on the odometer. At 56 years old, I can honestly state that the car has been "adult-driven". The accelator has never even been fully depressed. I can't think of another car that you can have this much fun at 30 mpg. The photos do not highlight scratches or dents because there are none. The buyer will be very pleased with the appearance and performance. I would like to have a $500 deposit from the new owner within 24 hours of the sale and the remainder within 5 working days.
