This is a public agency owned 2002 Ford F250 4X4 long wheel base pickup with 116,144 miles. It is equipped with a 5.4L FI V8 engine, 4 speed automatic transmission, limited slip differential, cruise control, AM/FM radio, tilt wheel, A/C and receiver hitch. Tires are worn more than 50%. Body and paint has wear, dings and scratches associated with a fleet truck and the mechanic says sway bar bushings need to be replaced. Blemishes include logo removal on both doors, dent on bed behind passenger door, dents on front bumper, holes in top of bed rail where toolboxes were previously mounted and a small tear on the drives side seat. Please do not bid if you cannot meet the following requirements. Payment for the vehicle must be received in full by 5:00 PM on February 8, 2011 (or when the vehicle is picked up, whichever is earlier) at our office in Fresno, California in the form of a cashier’s check. The office is open Mon. thru Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST. The vehicle is sold “As Is”, “Where Is”. The buyer must arrange and pay for shipping or pick the vehicle up in the District’s yard in Fresno, California within 7 days of close of auction. License plates have been removed from the vehicle and buyer must obtain any necessary permits to move the vehicle. Since the vehicle is owned by a public agency, the auction must run it’s full term and offers to end the auction early will not be considered. The reserve price has been set at $2,500.00.
