2003 Dodge Neon SE (Ready for the Snow) This is a very clean and great running neon, The car is ready for a new owner. It is a 2.0L 4 cylinder with an Automatic transmission. The car was just detailed and cleaned. There are a lot of new parts on the car, over $1000.00 in work done.
