2001 FORD E-350 Cut Away Van with 70,500. This truck has been used for light duty construction work over the last two years. The van is equipped with (one side) built in cabinets with drop down doors for supply storage and easy access. Each door has a key lock and a hasp for additional locking security. The interior of the 10 foot cargo area has a fluorescent lamp at the ceiling and multiple adjustable shelving on each side of the cargo area. There are also multiple hooks, latches, and other tie down type of fasteners in the cargo area. The van has a full ladder rack on top, a built in aluminum step rail on the side and an additional ladder rack made of stainless steel on the side without the cabinet doors. The top of the van has an expanded steel platform for walking on top of the cargo area. The ladder rack at the top can be used for multiple ladders, lumber, trim, and anything else that fits up there. The cargo area has twin doors with locking levers joining in the middle for a pad lock. The entire cargo area is made of fiberglass/poly materials so it is nice and light weight. The rear bumper is an expanded steel platform and has a class III trailer hitch with a 7 point trailer electrical connector. The interior of the van has the stock gray vinyl seats and they are in very good condition. There are no rips, tears, or defects to the interior. The truck comes with the original radio in the dash. The van has been recently serviced and has a current Virginia State Inspection. There are NO MECHANICAL problems with this truck. I have had the oil changed as needed, multiple flushes as called for in the service and maintenance logs, and have taken excellent care of this van.
