Vehicle Detail
Hello. I'm selling my 2005 Chevrolet Silverado, K-3500 4x4,1 ton regular cab pickup with a very nice Knapheide utility bed. I am the second owner and I have known and peformed some of the mainteance on this truck since it was new. It is all heavy duty, front to back. It is equipped with a 6.0 liter v-8 engine coupled to an HD 4L80E automatic. It has cold a/c and a tilt wheel. It has near new Bridgestone tires. This truck runs out just as good as it did when it was new. It is problem free and everything works on it. It is one of those trucks that does everything that it is susposed to do, so well, that you take it for granted. It drives excellent and I mean perfect and the 4x4 system is in excellent condition as well. It has always been treated to the best of preventative mainteance to include front to back yearly inspections. The truck, overall, is in excellent shape for a used heavy duty work truck. The body in is very good condition, as is the interior. The body is rust free. The frame is in good condition as well. I like honest vehicles that you can look over good and be able to see what you're buying and this one is just that. The top of the utility bed needs re-painting and I am going to have that done before it goes to it's new owner at my expense, if the reserve price is met. All in all, I feel that this truck is an excellent value if you need a truck this stout. It will drive across town or all the way across this country, so don't be one bit afraid to come and get it and set out for home. If you have any question's, just ask away. You will recieve timely reply's and you will be treated with respect. This truck cost $30,000 new ( I have all of it's original literature and the original window sticker) less that utility bed. It's a perfect running and operating heavy duty worker. I just yesterday had it serviced, front to back, all fluids topped off and a new oil change, hopped in it and drove it up to Pennsylvania from here in central Kentucky and towed home a 2002 Chevy K-2500 pickup truck with it. It got 13.5 miles per gallon loaded and it ran like a top all the way up there and back, pulling that loaded car trailer at 70 miles per hour, in fact, I put 850 miles on it stopping just to fuel and eat. It's a good truck. If you get it, I'd like the truck picked up within 14 business days upon the auction's conclusion. If you'd like to talk about it, just e-mail or call me at 1-859-509-2216.
