1999 VW New Beetle Exterior: Red Interior: Black Car was submerged in water and then engine parts were dried by mechanic. Brakes need replacement and fluids need to be changed. Needs to be detailed. Speedometer gauges do not work but original and 2007 updated versions are included. Driver side handle needs to be screwed in. Oil light is on. Check engine light is on.(Mechanic told us it was the oxygen sensor.)
