You are looking at a rare 1957 Cheverolet Bel Air 2 Door Hardtop. (This car originally had a 283 with a Powerglide – not included). The VIN Number is VC 57J25818. From the Vin Decoder – V is V8, C is Belair, 57-1957, J – Janesville, Wisconsin, 25818 is the Serial Number. It is a solid project car that the previous owner lost interest in. The car has new front floors that were started to be installed, solid trunk floors, and the body trim appears to be complete. The rear quarters have good outer sheet metal, but the inners and the rockers need some work. The car has 102195 miles on it. As you can see the engine bay is solid and the car comes with all of its original glass and mechanisms. The only thing that the interior seems to be missing is the rear seat. Included in this auction is a rebuilt tuned port 350 with aluminum heads (as seen in the car). No transmission is included. Considering the majority of the un-restored cars that are left in the northeast, this should be an easy restoration. My rating speaks for itself.
