Exceptional SL. I am the 3rd owner. Car has been stored in a heated garage and driven sparingly for special events like the Woodward Cruise. The car is in nice shape. Has original paint with typical imperfections of an original car that is a quarter of a century old. Brand new interior. Custom leather and carpet, note the blue trim on the seats. Chrome alloy wheels some imperfections in the chrome. Like new hard top. The transmission was rebuilt at a cost of $2,200 about 10,000 miles ago. Car has been dealer and Mercedes Specialist maintained with service records. Many new parts including climate control,tires, battery & antenna . The stereo system has been upgraded to a Sony CD system with Boston Acoustic speakers, note the tweeters on the door pillars. Custom Zebrano shifter. Chrome plates on the inside of the door jambs. The soft top is new and is in perfect condition. The dash is also original and close to perfect, look at the photo. It was my intention to keep this car forever, I love it. I now have 2 young daughters and just don't get much use of the car. The car drives well you can drive it any where. As I mentioned earlier the car has been well maintained most parts that wear have been replaced or upgraded including belts, vacuum lines...There is a trim cover on the inside of the passengers mirror that is missing.
