I bought this 1954 Ford pickup with the idea of redoing it, but just don't seem to have the time to do it and I am tired of it decoratingmy side yard. It is an Arizona vehicle and has very little rust, other than surface rust nothing rusted through and it is a pretty straight old truck. I was going to put it back to original with a Y block engine and the 4-speed manual that is in the truck. The engine in it is trashed but has some usable parts. I have an extra 239 Y block engine that was running when I got it. I was going to rebuild the engine and put it in so I could go back to original. The engine has 30 thousands oversize pistons in it, I pulled one head and the pistons appear to be pretty tight. The engine needs to be vatted and rebuilt. The things that I know are missing on the Truck is the drive shaft, the radiator, the heater, and probably a few things I havn't found.The running boards are there and in good shape. The back bumper is there but is the big heavy farm type bumper, it is in the picture of the bed with the running boards in it.I have a clear bonded title on the truck and have Arizona tags for it.
