You are bidding on a great restoration project. I am thinning my collection because I have a few other rare vehicles that I'm in the process of restoring so some toys must go. This is a 42 slat grill that is very restorable. Original hood numbers can be seen. It does have rust in the usual places such as front floors, fuel tank and driver side panel but the frame is very solid. Both front bumper and rear crossmember are in excellent condition which is very rare and hard to find. The tail panel has never been messed with and is in great shape. All gauges appear original. The jeep comes with a complete MB motor but it is not original to the car as the vin is very high. The data tags are long gone but the original frame tag is still on the frame. I do have two original front seats that will go with the jeep. Brass windshield clamps, filterette, front seat are all correct. I do have four early GPW's on Willys frame that will be on ebay soon as well as two more slat grills. I will except offers through ebay for our mutual protection. If you are looking for a restored jeep, I do have a 45 matching numbers GPW that I am selling. As for the floors on the slatty the front will need to be replaced and the rear is pretty solid as well as the tail panel. Both side panels are in excellent condition with the exception of the driver side by the gas tank.
