4 Sale 1967 Toyota Fj 40 Very sharp looking inside and out . Over $10,000 in new parts and work performed in the past 2 years not counting the original cost of a rust free original land cruiser . Vehicle is insured for 20,000 replacement value. Buy it now price well below it's true value. The wife said i need to sell something to free up cash so = NO games it is PRICED TO SELL. My loss is the buyers gain! This FJ 40 will turn every head in town driving of parked. It realy looks outstanding very sano, super clean and it runs nice, this is a turn key ready to go fj40 " not a project in the works". Starts first time every time! A lot of time, money, and detail put into the rebuild of this FJ 40 to make it one of the nicer ones left on this planet! The body is nice and straight. Not a bondo filled rust bucket like many. Factory vin number is also very readable on the original frame unlike most. This FJ is history at it's best! Nice looking yellow paint with a nice gloss shine. The black you see on body was finished in raptor armor coat and gives it a great two tone look and also makes the outside more durable than just a standard paint would. The Raptor finish will help portect the out side of body in years to come from any future road rash when driving and will also limit any future parking lot paint chips and nicks to the body and paint. Stainless dimond plate was painted black then sanded and clear coated. Outside of body needed some bling so dimond plate was added. FYI to lookers the rear fender wells not cut under the dimond plate and still in place look good = See photos and Video. The outside of hard top was also re done sealed and painted in black raptor armor coat. The inside of hard top roof was then finished, upholstered in black cloth with small accent yellow stripe running down the center to match the other yellow on the vehicle. All seats inside the front 60 -40 bench and two jump seats in read redone in black with a yellow thin pipe trim edge to accent the seats, with seatbelts front and rear SEE ALL PHOTOS INSIDE AND OUT ! The hard top will also lift off and remove if you want open air no top driving in the summer. Inside of vehicle was gutted sand blasted and re-finished in black light texture armor coat. All seat frames and seat backs re-painted like new. The dash was finished in semi gloss black and the dash gauge package re- finished in argent silver and looks outstanding - All the original dash gauges, oil, amp, temp, and yes even the gas gauge works correct. All dash gauges rebuilt or replaced and work correct in like new working order. The inside dash lights gauge cluster, Heater, heater vent controls, floor and defrost work correct. Wipers, e brake, blinkers, brake lights, e flashers, running lights, lic plate light all in good working order most replaced new. The 4 by 4 inside dash indicator light works correct when put into 4 wheel drive = Thats rare! The fj 40 6 cyl motor was also rebuilt and runs like a clock! New Holly 2 bbl carb installed in place of original for better performance. New exhaust and muffler. New master and slave clutch parts. New radiator and hoses and lines, new belts, the gas tank was also removed cleaned and painted and all gas lines replaced new. New fuel pump, filler hose and cap. New stainless door, hood and rear hatch bolts installed, new rubbers, New window glass installed to the front and rear window. Outstanding door fit and finish - No rattles! Fj40 is also fitted with a nice winch step bumper of front - Sale also includes high dollar Stowmaster collapsible "tow bar". New 2 inch suspension lift and 4 shocks. Gives it a nice stance and better tire and ground clearance. New high dollar 31 by 10.50 all weather Big Horn tires installed on the original fj40 factory rims with new hub caps . Transmission is also Toyota fj40 with original 3 speed or "three on the tree" as us old guys call it. Works correct and still in place 43 years later = SEE DRIVING VIDEO! Not a national show fj40 you push in and out of a trailer with white gloves on. This fj40 was rebulit to drive and enjoy = but if any cleaner you would not want to get it dirty. Bottom side of land cruiser is in good shape not rusted out and kept very clean from frame rails out - if you can see it = it is clean! = See photos. So in a nut shell this fj40 is 43 years of history at its best, looks great, runs like a clock, drives like a 1967 land cruiser should. Easy to turn steering and will stops on a dime. The 4 by 4 system works correct and this FJ will climb a tree if needed. Just drove it on a 5 hour road trip to crater lake and back, ran fine and everything worked correct and no issues. This vehicle would make a great daily driver everything in it on it works like it should. Vehicle is garaged in Medford Oregon.
