2001 Honda Civic LX Coupe Mileage: 163,000 This item is being relisted due to a non paying bidder. Please, do not bid if you are not going to follow through with the auction, these auctions are not free. Details: 5 speed manual transmission, power windows, power locks, cruise control, stock cd player, high dollar aftermarket pioneer speakers, K&N cold air intake, newer MAP sensor, newer exhaust system w/ new manifold - new magnaflow catalytic converter - new piping - new OEM style muffler (quiet). At 135653 miles the front brake calipers, rotors, and pads were replaced at a local shop in Indianapolis. The coolant and heater hoses were replaced within the past 2,500 miles. The timing belt, drive belts and water pump were replaced at 121157 miles in December of 2006 by "Honda West of Indianapolis" with all Honda factory parts. I have a copy of the receipts for the work done for the brakes, hoses, and the timing belt/water pump. The previous owner told me that the oil was changed every 3000 miles with Mobil 1 and WIX filters so I continued that when I purchased the car. That being said, I do not have any receipts from the oil/filter changes from the previous owner. I average about 25mpg in the city and close to 40mpg on the highway. Condition. Used. Please keep in mind this car has over 160,000 miles. The car shifts and runs as it should and has no known mechanical issues. It will need some cosmetic attention if you see fit, but none of the cosmetic damage interferes with function. There is a dent behind the driver's side door on the quarter panel. The dent in the trunk does not cause it to leak and it still opens and closes with no problems. The previous owner had the bright idea of spray painting a good deal of the paint and body imperfections (see pictures). There are two small cracks in the windshield, one is approximately less than ".25 in length and one is approximately less than .5" length. I was told by the previous owner that the cracks were "repaired" with the filler material, but I have no way to confirm that. All of the mentioned damage/flaws were present when I purchased the car.
