2001 Ford F-250 XLT. TIGHT 7.3 liter Powerstroke diesel. 160,000 hwy miles. 100 percent stock with the exception of a 3.5 inch open exhaust. Quiet and powerful. The engine runs perfectly with no leaks or hiccups. The transmission works flawlessly... Nice and smooth. The electronic shift on the fly 4x4 works great! The interior is in better than average condition with no rips, tears, or sags. Tan cloth. The carpets were removed and very nice rubber floors were installed. The interior is detailed and very clean. The exterior is average. It has the average nicks and scratches one would expect with a 10 year old superduty truck. The worst being the SLIGHT impression in the rear driver door. It's about the size of your palm and not pushed in more than a 16th of an inch. It doesn't really show up in pictures... and is not bad at all. Just trying to be descriptive as possible. It would be an easy and cheap fix... But again, I stress, it looks fine as is! The exterior has been detailed as well. Cleaned and waxed... This truck looks very nice. The paint shines well. The drivers side view mirror glass was slightly cracked. The glass I ordered was the wrong size! I cut a piece of mylar to size. It works! But the new owner will probably choose to fix it. The glass is only 20 dollars. The truck is also fitted with a stationary gooseneck hitch, tekonsha brake controller, and a linex bed liner. Here is a list of the many new parts... NEW 285-75-16 Dayton Timberline loadrange e 10 ply all terrain tires on blacked out factory alloy wheels. NEW drilled and slotted brake rotors up front. New serpentine belt. New swaybar end links. Recent bilstein heavy duty shocks at all 4 corners. Recent water pump. Recent fluid changes all the way around! This truck is serviced and ready to go! I would not hesitate to drive it cross country and back. Runs and drives VERY well. Good alignment. Tracks like an arrow. There is a slight whine from the powersteering at times... Not bad at all though! Again, just trying to be as descriptive as possible. If the new owner chooses, a new pump is less than 100 dollars. This is a NO RESERVE auction! I'm selling it to pay for school this January... PLEASE don't bid if you can't or don't intend to buy. The truck is available for test drives near Chattanooga, Tn. If the buyer is from out of town, I'll assist with transportation from the Chattanooga Airport. A deposit will be due at the end of the auction. Paypal preferred.
