2 owner car with a 352 engine and Automatic trans. It has new brakes, decent tires, it cranks and runs with no smoke or rattling. May need a tune-up. It drives smooth! We had the intention of making it into a Mayberry Police Car to drive in parades, but now we really need to make room for other projects. It is as original as one can find, except for a repaint probably in the late 70's. The front bumper and grille looks very good, the rear bumper has rust on it, but it's not rusted through anywhere. It could easily be rechromed. The stainless steel trim is in very good condition. The interior is all original with a nice headliner and back seat. The front seat is torn on the drivers' side. The carpet is in bad shape. This car sat in a barn for 24 years! It was parked in 1983 and was basically left there until 2007! The transmission was rebuilt right before it was parked. It still has the original jack in the trunk, as well as the original cardboard in the trunk to protect the rear quarter-panels! It's got the original cardboard glove compartment There are a few places with rust, on the drivers floor board and in the trunk, but they are easily repaired. Other than that, the floorboards are very solid. There is also some small rusty areas along the doors, but look at the pics, they are all easily repaired. Also, along the front edge of the hood, and along some of the side trim, but it is repairable. Look close at the pictures to see what I'm referring to. I like to show the Good, the Bad AND the Ugly pictures, that way there are no surprises when you get your car! I will be glad to provide more photos if you are interested. This car has no title, as Georgia was a "Non-Title" State up until the late 70's. I will be glad to provide you with a notarized Georgia Bill of Sale along with a letter from the State of Georgia so that you will be able to title it in your state.
