This BMW belongs to my wife. We rode it to Daytona 2 years ago and it performed well. We also rode it in the Florida national forests on some difficult trails; but it never stopped or got us stuck in the deep sand. As you can see from the pics, my wife's dog loves to ride it too. We are buying a new bike that will travel with more comfort. This is a sweet old bike. My apologies to everyone who bid on this item before. It was located at my farm near Mt. Airy and my son could not get it cranked. I removed the listing until I could find out what the problem was. It was a loose wire in the headlight bucket. The bike can now be picked up at my beach house, south of Wilmington, NC. The BUY IT NOW price of $2000, includes a Luftmeister fairing, mount, new windscreen, and two wiring harnesses for the fairing.
