EBAY CANCELED MY LISTING BECAUSE OF AN INVALID BID SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENENCE 1994 Dodge cummins diesel 17 ft steel bed by Special carriers from Murray Ky it is just like a Hodges bed but has a hydraulic wheel lift instead of a cable operated one this has been the best truck I have ever owned and I am sure I'll eventually regret selling it because you'll never find a truck this good for the amount of money this one is going to bring. I bough this truck 5 years ago after admiring the bed in the parking lot of a local auction the man driving it said her had had it built new and just used it for his small operation the wheel lift was hardly used and the then 11 year old truck only had 132000 miles. I was thinking about having a hauler built by the same company and asked if he was interested in selling . He thought for a minute , saiidl I've been wanting a rollback and quoted me a no haggle price and I paid him and drove it home. WE have put 150000 basicaly trouble free miles the man who drives it for me is an older retired gentleman who makes sure it is serviced every 5000 miles and takes very good care of it I have bought and sold 3 rollbacks while I have owned this truck and he hated every one of them he would always rather drive this truck even if it meant using the ramps to load I finally found one he likes the other day so here we are. Exterior: Paint is weak the clear is peeling on the roof and hood basically the truck needs paint but the bed still looks pretty good , no body damage never wrecked . Interior: Very nice no rips headliner needs replaced cup holder is broken and power seat dosen't work but overall it shows very well . Mechanical: Great drive it anyhwhere we often put 1000 miles a week on it and on 5000 miles you never add any oil the 3rd gear syncro grinds a little but mr paul always double clutches so when he drives it it never makes a sound it's been like that for 2 years and hasn't gotten any worse my trans guy said it wans't expensive to fix but it never bothered us.The frontend is still pretty tight especially for almost 300000 miles.I had just had everything checked last week and some new bushings installed. brakes stop fine just had new pads and the front rotors turned . I would absolutely drive this truck coast to coast right now wouldn't even check the oil bid with confidence ! The rear tires were recently replaced front tires are wearing a little but still have some of miles left in them a/c blows ice cold power windows work fine power locks don't . The winch needs works but isn't a heavy duty one but we loaded a car withit last week no problems wheel lift works on a electric hydraulic motor and works great when I first bought it I had the rear springs beefed up so it hauls two cars very well . There are four tool boxes and all of the straps and chains are included . If you want a good solid truck to haul cars to the auction and don't want a truck that will nickel and dime you to death this is the one for you .You will never find a better truck for the money I spent 30,000 to replace it and don't have a better truck just a fancier one and the dodge gets 17 mpg all day long even loaded and my new truck gets 10 I may be keeping the wrong one .It isn't perfect but is super reliable and always gets the job done .I have even hauled a crew cab lond bed dually with it .
