This rare Phoenix Yellow on black 80k mile 6spd M3 has a REBUILT title due to front end collision @ 48k miles{ I do not have pictures of the previous damage}, was repaired very well with new parts and drives straight and true; 2 of the owners shown by car facts are actually dealers that took possession of the title as legally required to obtain rebuilt title in FL. This M3 is LOADED with all the options except heated seats, The Navigation has all of the US 2008 disc. This M3 is enthusiast owned and maintained NEVER TRACKED OR RACED; Engine is completely unmodified; bearing recall done in 02(bmw records reflect), O2 sensor recall completed 2010,OEM oil/filter always used, No known Vanos problems(bolts checked often- I will include the upgraded bolts/filter/gaskets, all drivetrain mounts and bushings have been replaced or are in good condition; New passenger window regulator & locking mechanism(10/10), Fuel filter(09/10) Hood alarm sensor (09/10), New tires less then 500miles(10/10)... Most common problems have been taken care of. I took the car in for inspection at Winter park fields BMW 10/06/10- No problems found except the airbag was getting high resistance; I had the harness replaces ($290) problem solved! they also noted that the belts will need to be replaced soon but they do not stock them. This is the cheapest well kept M3 your going to find- PERIOD! The interior trim has been painted to match the exterior of the vehicle. Mechanically this vehicle is very sound, Everything works as designed with no explanation necessary.
