This is an almost new trail bike that my brother bought on December 4, 2007 for his son for Christmas. However, it seems his son would rather play his Ipod and socialize on Facebook as to ride his bike out in the country. I have the Bill of Sale and all the paper work associated with this bike's purchase and it has never been licensed since it is a trail (off the road) bike. This bike is practically new, as it has been rode less than thirty minutes, or less than a mile. If you look at the close up of the tire you will see that the small rubber teats are still upright and unworn. My brother put gas in it yesterday and started it up as I took pictures of it. The paint on the muffler began to smoke and the engine has not been run enough to get the new smell (paint heated) burned off it. If you are looking for a new bike at a used price, then this might be the one for you. This bike must be picked up either in Albany, Kentucky (near Lake Cumberland's southern border) or in Bowling Green, Kentucky. I am not sure if the manufacturer offers any warranty but the bike is being sold "as is" but please accept my assurance that it is practically new and in brand new condition!
