Toyota Land Cruiser BJ40 Project Vehicle. This vehicle started out as a 1981 FJ40 with the 2F straight six engine. Most of the body is fiberglass which weighs less and can not rust. A set of soft doors are included. The best part is the 3B diesel engine. These engines were never brought into the US. I found this engine in Toronto several years ago. It came out of 1982 BJ60 with 135000 kilometers and included an H42 4 speed transmission. The original owner removed the engine to upgrade to a larger engine in order to pull a large boat. I have replaced the starter and rebuilt the injectors. The diesel has been reported to deliver 25 - 30 MPG on the highway. Unfortunately I have too many projects and need to let something go so my loss is your gain.
