1962 Ford Ranchero This is a really solid body ready for restoration. As shown in the photos there is some rusted through spots in the pan behind the seats. A couple small surface rust areas on body but is still solid. The vehicle is complete with grill and headlight trim in photos. 6 cyl with 4 speed transmission. No warranty on any mechanical parts or anything else. This car has been parked for over 10 years. I have a California Pink Slip for easy title transfer. 4 new tires with zero (0) miles, $220.00. Additional new parts include: Gabriel Highjackers $90.00; Windshield Seal $59.00; Back Glass Weather Strip $62.00; Window Weather Strips $85.00; Ranchero Steering Wheel $56.00; Chrome Gas Cap $40.00; 2 Black Arm Rests $47.00; Antenna $38.00; Shift Boot $50.00; Ford Hub Caps (fair condition)$46.00; 2 Door Mirrors $35.00; 3 sets of Falcon Key Blanks $23.00 and Dome Light Cover, Grille Hardware Kit, Hood Bumper Adjusters, Horn Contact Spring = $45.00. There is the original bench seat in poor condition that goes with the car. I have all the bed cap trim. The grille appears to be what I see on the 1963 but the pink slip says 1962...half year...I don't know. I have done my best to offer an accurate and honest description of this vehicle. This auction starts at $500.00 with no reserve. On Nov-03-10 at 11:16:10 PDT, seller added the following information: I have added additional photos which I hope are beneficial to interested parties. These trim parts are not perfect but they are in good condition. There is more surface rust than I had realized and on the roof, a couple of small dents but other than the pan that I had already mentioned it is not rusted through anywhere. This car body is "solid". I imagine it's been out west most of it's life. DISCLAIMER, again I've been told that this is a 1963 Ranchero by people who seem to know Rancheros. I truly don't know but I feel obligated to represent what is on the pink. The California Pink Slip indicates a 1962. VIN numbers match the pink with the car. If there is any concern that this car is or is not a 1962 or a 1963, please refrain from bidding. Feel free to ask any addition questions. I will answer them to the best of my ability. Thank you.
