1963 Honda CA

1963 Honda Benly CA95. I started to rebuild this motorcycle a few years ago. I tore it all of the way down and had it all sandblasted to get off all of the light rust it had. Then all of the white was reapinted and all of the black is powdercoated. There are a few scratches in the paint. I got most of the bigger ones in the pictures. The biggest being on the front fender and around the gas tank where fuel leaked on it and bubbled it up. It is an old bike so it still has some dents here and there and most all of the parts are original to the bike so they also show wear. The engine has good compression. The last time I had it running was about two years ago. It runs like a champ. The petcock now needs a rebuild so it will not hold fuel to get it started. The transmission has first gear problems. It slips in first but all the other gears work fine. When I used to ride it I would barley start in first then shift to second right away. I have a set of gears in a box that I bought but have never put them in. Those will be included with it. For some reason it overcharged all of the batteries I tried to put on it so I hooked up this device that takes place of the battery. If it hasen't been started in awhile it needs to be hooked up to a charger just to get it started. Then it will start and run on its own after that. Of course it will have to be kick started. I have never used the electric starter. I have a couple boxes full of spare parts that will come with it. The tires are a half size too small but are new a few years ago and less than 30 miles ago. It also does not have the mufflers so its pretty loud. I have a clean title in hand and it is ready to go. Pick up only. If you want to arrange for shipping I will do what I can to help.
