Vehicle Detail

RE-LISTED with NO-RESERVE This Time. I have a 1986 190e 16v Cosworth 2.3 liter 16 valve originally sold in Germany and brought over by a Soldier coming home so the VIN Number does not register on AutoCheck or Car Fax. The VIN # is: WBD2010341F147314. The Getrag 5-speed manual transmission is increadible to drive. The German Spec 2.3 L 16 valve engine made 185 hp at 6,200 rpm and 174 ft·lbf at 4,500 rpm, the oversquare 95.50 x 80.25 mm bore and stroke dimensions ensuring that it revs easily up to the 7000 rpm redline." Acceleration from 0–100 km/h (62 mph) was less than eight seconds, and the top speed was 230 km/h (143 mph). US-Specification cars had a slightly reduced compression ratio (9.7:1 instead of 10.5:1), and were rated at 167 hp @ 5800 rpm and 162 lb·ft @ 4750. It was my daily driver for three years until 2009. The paint needs to be redone. The driver side rear door jam has a little bondo work and that has delaminated so it should be wetblocked and taken down to the primer before you repaint it. I have a replacement for the following items which I never got around to installing: -Dash Board, mine cracked in the FL sunshine. -Racaro Front Seats, I purchased two on E-bay, but was not going to install them until I did the dashboard. The A/C works but the luvers in the dash board stick on the outside vents so you get cold air from the center and outside air from the left and right vents. The odometer stopped in 2008 at 103,000. I drove it for another year and then only used it for Sunday 20-miles round trip to keep it road worthy. The tranny is tight and the engine still has great pickup. It does need tires. I put a cheap set on it in 2006 and wished I had spent the money for a good set. I also purchased a backup A/C Line and Compressor. A/C works but I could not pass up the opportunity to buy the extras after having paid $400 for just the suction line. New the A/C line was $1,234.
