It was removed from service in July 2010 and currently has 95,003 miles. The vehicle runs good with no apparent problems. The tires have approximately 50% tread remaining. It was serviced on a 120-day preventive maintenance schedule with the last service performed in Mar 2010 at 93,241 miles. The exterior is in good condition. The hood has some small rock chips present. The driver side exterior mirror has 2 small scuff marks present on the outer edge. Both the driver door and driver side rear door has some minor nicks & scratches present. The driver side rear quarter panel has some small rust spots forming immediately above the wheel well. The passenger side rear quarter panel has some scratches visible approximately 6” above the wheel well and some small rust spots present immediately above the wheel well. The passenger side front & rear doors both have numerous door dings & scratches that are visible. There are also some minor scratches/dings on the passenger side front fender. The interior is in fair condition. There are some grease stains present on the ceiling behind the interior dome light. There are some stains/discoloration present on the front passenger seat and rear bench seat. A portion of the interior door trim has come off on the driver side rear door and is loose on the driver side passenger door. Some of the recent repairs to this vehicle include the following items. In July 2010, at 94,715 miles, the vehicle had a vacuum leak repaired. In July 2009, at 86,350 miles, the rear tires were replaced & rotated with the front tires. Also in July 2009, the vehicle was repaired at a local transmission repair facility. In May 2009, at 85,749 miles, the wiper blades were replaced. In Nov 2008, at 83,434 miles, the sway bar links were replaced. Also in Nov 2008, at 83,365 miles, the battery was replaced. In Feb 2008, at 80,189 miles, the spark plugs; and the #1, #3, and #5 cylinder ignition coils were replaced. Also, the tires were rotated & the front brake rotors were turned. This vehicle can be viewed between the hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays, at the City of Champaign Public Works Department, 702 Edgebrook Drive, Champaign, Illinois. The vehicle must be picked up between the hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday at the same location. The City of Champaign is required to sell all vehicles through an auction process.
