1984 Honda Shadow

This is a great bike and has served me well for 5 years. I have just replaced the battery within the last 2 weeks and the tires within the last 500 miles. I have also replaced the rubber stems on all four turn signals during the last year. The bike is in great condition and starts right up. It has been garage kept and owned by 2 people. The last owner was a shop teacher at a local high school and he got it from the original owner in Germany where it was bought new. The mileage is a little unclear because of this fact. The orignal speedometer is included but in Kilometers. The previous owner purchased a used speedo on ebay with about 22,000 miles already on it. It now reads 29,000 and the original Kilo speedometer has about 12,000 kilometers on it. The bike has custom pipes on it now but includes the originals and lots of other custom parts including the sissy bar shown, leather saddle bags, and highway pegs. The original windshield is also included. I will also include two helmets, one full matte black and one Harley Davidson mirror finish. The tank and other paint is in great shape without a scratch. There is a small tear in the leather on the seat and I just lost the battery cover during my ride home after changing the battery. Please only serious bids. I may be willing to deliver the bike within 50 miles (one last chance to ride it) but only if full payment is received in advance. If you would like it shipped I will do so at the buyers expense. I am more than happy to make arrangements to show it before the auction closes if you like. I PROMISE IT WILL START GREAT so no worries on that end at all. I will accept cash, cashier's check, or paypal. I will only hold the bike for 5 business days after auction is complete unless you have previously paid with pay-pal and then I will hold it as long as you would like.
