I have for sale a matching number mustang. I bought this car in May and did some research on the car. It was originally from California a C code mustang. Since I have purchased the car I have invested about $2500 in the car. I put a brand new eldebrock manifold and a 4 bbl eldebrock 500 cfm carb. I have the original manifold as well. I had the front end replaced and it is like brand new. This baby has new Stinger tires w/ the original American Racing rims. The tires are 215 60-15 on front and 235 60-15 on the rear. The rims are older and I have haven't had a chance to replace them yet. I've put a new battery and new radiator in the car. I've also put new wires on it as well. This baby starts right up and runs strong. It has the original 289 engine in it w/ the mileage at 96,800. The exhaust system is dual exhaust and has a nice sound to it w/o any headers. The original color was a creme white and it was repainted a purple red a few years ago. I would rate the paint job an 8. Its nice and shiny but has minor flaws in it.When I drive the car it turns heads. The interior is nice and in good shape. It has an older sony cd player w 2 speakers and sounds good.All the lights and gauges work except the oil pressure gauge. I just haven't have time to fix this yet. What this car needs is a new steering box and it would be sweet. I really like this car but I have to many toys so one of them has to go. I'm also selling a 65 Chevy truck as well. I am selling both of them locally to. I have described this vehicle to the best of my knowledge. I will require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the sell. I will also require full payment of the rest in the way of wire transfer or cashiers check within 3 days of the close of the auction. I will not release the vehicle until it is paid in full.
