For Sale is a 1972 BMW Bavaria in excellent condition. Malaga Red with Stone leather. Tires are as new. The wheels are in excellent condition as well. Please note from the video and pictures that the car is essentially rust free. This particular Bavaria has power steering , power brakes and manual windows. All windows are operable and the glass is free of nicks. The air conditioning compressor is weak and has been removed but is included with the car, the blower functions properly. The seats are without rips tears or evidence of wear, the left shoulder area of the drivers seat will need the seam restitched but is otherwise without flaw. The seat color has worn some over the past 38 years and would benefit from a redye but remains supple. All seat undercushions and springs are firm and without sag. The carpeting is in excellent condition. A set of BMW carpeted mats are included but were removed to show carpet condition. The radio is a period correct Blaupunkt with cassette. The original owners manual and case are included with the car. As evidenced in the video , the car runs, shifts and brakes as a BMW should. A battery terminal disconnect has been installed for long storage periods. The trunk carpeting is excellent and a carpet mat is included. The boot lid tool kit will need to be reinstalled but as evidenced by the photos is present and in good condition. Appx half of the original tool kit contents is present.
