GENERAL OVERVIEW:
Up for sale is a CUSTOM BODY KITTED OUT 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse RS! This vehicle has 132,000 miles on it and is clean inside and out. The exterior is a blue color and has a custom body kit and carbon fiber hood! The Eclipse also has some great looking rims and after-market Fenders and side skirts. The interior is black and gray. This is an automatic transmission.
This will be a NO RESERVE auction. The Eclipse starts up and runs good but it has a slightly rough idle. I believe this is due to the fact that is has a FULL EXHAUST done. The vehicle drives great though, and it’s barely noticeable! The transmission shifts smoothly and is in 100% great condition.
This vehicle was involved in an accident a few years ago. It took a hit in the front and was considered frame damaged, but as you can see it's totally repaired. The car looks and drives great now!
EXTERIOR: (Rating – 7/10!!)
The exterior looks great but has a few issues. First off, the vehicle was fully redone with after market Headlights, Tail lights, Spoiler, Carbon Fiber Hood, Fenders, Side Skirts, Front and Rear Bumpers and a paint job. There are also aftermarket fog lights but I can’t turn them on. The rims look amazing and are covered with 225/45/17 Nexen N-7000 tired that have about 80% tread left!
The clearcoat is coming off in some parts of the car. It wasn’t applied properly so it’s chipping. There are a few small cracks in the bumpers, nothing too bad and easily fixed. If you purchase this car, you’ll probably be repainting it anyways, so you can get all the little issues patched up.
The engine is a 4 Cylinder 2.0 DOHC 16 valve! As mentioned before, the engine has a slightly rough idle. The brakes might need to be replaced in the future. All in all, the car drives great and has a nice little sound from the exhaust!
This vehicle will be sold no matter what the ending bid is! This vehicle is going WAY BELOW market value! Don’t miss out on the chance to own a great little car for a dirt cheap price!!

INTERIOR: (Rating – 9/10!!)
The interior looks great! The Eclipse comes with a black/gray cloth interior. The entire dash is covered in a carbon fiber style accent. The windows are powered. The AC is ICE COLD! The interior is also customized with blue accents. The door handles, door inserts, vents, all different trim pieces have been colored blue. The interior was done well, it looks great! I also just had a BRAND NEW HEADLINER put into this car! Your headliner will NOT be sagging anytime soon!
The seats are all in perfect condition. Everything is really clean! The carpet is also clean.
As you can see, the head-unit is not there. There used to be an after market head unit and sound system in the trunk, all of that was removed but the wiring is still intact.
There are a few issues to note about the interior. The driver and passenger door has some cracks in the plastic around the handle. The airbag trim has 2 small screws to keep it from coming loose. Otherwise, the interior looks brand new!
The AC is ice-cold and will cool down the car in a few seconds!
There is an after-market exhaust. It’s complete from the headers down! Makes a nice sound but not too loud. I had the airflow sensor replaced and relocated because it was touching the fans. Works great now! There is also an after-market intake.
