Up for sale is a 1978 GMC truck tractor, single axle, Cummins 855, 300hp. the tag has gone missing from the motor so please ask questions as I am no expert on these. I bought this a year or so ago for a project, but have sonce not ofund teh time to work on it. It is from the local county and maintained vey well. The motor was rebuilt not long ago, but I was given no paperwork on this nor a milage date. It runs great. I had it towed to my shop and we fired it right up and have driven it up and down the street, but thats about it. I have changed jobs and have no more time for it. Tires are so so, I don't know if I would drive it to Canada or not, it is available for inspection anytime. please ask as many questions as possible. I will be puttin gsom emore pics up as well of the back end. It has a nice 5th wheel,ready for use with some maintenance. Sorry no batteries. Also possible t r a d e in dozer work/fill dirt or rock in 77801 area, hotrod projects parts, vintage motorcycles...but cash is easiest...but could REALLY use a decent flatbed trailer to haul cars with as well.... I do have this listed in the local paper and other places starting today as well so reserve the right to stop the auction if someone takes the time to come inspect and brings cash. Buyer is respinsible for transport. Clear title.I am seling this with NO RESERVE and starting price about 3 times less than what I recently bought it for....I just need it gone and hope someone can use it. This truck is being sold as is with no warranty of any kind since I have never driven it and did not personally know the previous owner. Don't let the low starting price and no reserve fool you into thinking this is just some piece of shi* truck...if you just need a motor or tans or axle or a farm truck or want to put some time into getting her back on the road this is a very good starting point .
