If you've gotten this far, at least you know there is life beyond 200k in vehicles that are properly kept. Gas motor Chevys are the best of the bunch when it comes to this, we routinely see the late model 6.0 motors with 400k+ running fair, so you've got a ways to go here. The truck has been very well kept and you'd never guess in a million years at glance it's been driven this far. This is a great work body conversion, called a KUV. These trucks are built by Knapheide, the leader in utility boxes. They do it right, the truck is extremely usable and has great potential for many different professions. It's perfectly clean for even high-line work, and it has a long ways to go. We have every service record since day one. It's been detailed, been through our shop, and it needs nothing to get right to the job site. exterior The paint and body on cab of the truck are excellent for the mileage. It's all original, never wrecked, no body rust, no hail, not even any bad scratches. It has a couple small nicks on the drivers door, much rock chips on the front of the hood, and some light wear on the lower rockers. The truck has ALL freeway mileage, not that I have to tell you that, you simply can't rack up 232k miles in this timeframe going from block to block to do work. The wheels look fine and tires do not have fantastic tread. They're fine for now, but you'll need new ones before snow. Call for discount pricing on rubber. The windshield in the photos has been replaced with a brand new one. With the warm/cold weather and the freeway driving, cracked windshields are extremely common in both Wyoming and Colorado. The box is in good shape. It has some road wear just like the front, but it's still nice. The doors all open and close very easily. This box was built right, not a cheapie. It has the 2 doors at the rear for sliding conduit into the shelving. The rear bumper is bent up a bit, you might be able to straighten it somewhat with a come-a-long. The ladder racks both flip down from the top, these are very expensive and make it so much easier to get ladders to and from the roof. interior The interior is exceptionally clean again for the age, but really, even for a normal 07 with less miles. It's plain to see again, ALL freeway mileage, there's very little in/out wear on the drivers seat and the brake pedal corner isn't all worn down to the metal. It has a rack mounted inside that will hold a computer if you'd like to use it. We can also remove it if you don't need it. The truck is pretty simple inside, not much to break. It does have tilt, cruise, and nice cold air. Everything works fine. There's no burns or rips, just a bit of normal use wear about the interior. It hasn't been smoked in, still smells pleasant. mechanical This truck runs out great and should. It has the mileage, but it's seen extensive service and came in looking and running excellent. The motor is pretty quiet as far as I'm concerned. They did change the timing chain not too long ago, really the only thing you see creating noise in Chevys with some mileage. The transmission fluid is nice and red, clearly been changed fairly recently. It drives very civilized, shifts perfect, no odd noises, steering is reasonably tight. It feels like a well serviced 100k mile pickup. I will NOT tell you it's brand new or perfect, but it certainly has a very long haul to go and shouldn't need anything anytime soon. We've had it through the shop, changed the oil and filter, belts fine, hoses, t-case, other fluids, etc, all just fine. The brakes have a long haul to go. We welded up 1 small exhaust leak at the muffler...think everything else was just fine. Fly in and drive home anywhere! comments This is a neat pickup and a great buy.
