All original completely rust free California 1979 450 SEL. You're viewing a near perfect car that has been respected and cared for its entire life. Purchased from the easy streets of the Silicone Valley, it has never been on a winter road and barely ever even driven in the rain. Everything works. Just tuned up, new tires, and new struts, NYS inspected. This powerful machine shifts and accelerates as though it were new. Top end acceleration is magnificent. All power options, AC and radio/cassette player all work. Service records included. This car's incredible finish is original. All chrome is perfect. Glass is flawless. There are a few tiny stone chips too small to show in a photo. Interior is impeccable. All finishes including wood are perfect except for the passenger seat. It has a has a tear in the lumbar area leather from years of wear and passengers wearing belts. See photo. The driver's side seat had the same tear, but was restored several years ago in matching leather. It runs and operates like it were new. This is an amazing example of a legendary car that is all original. Feel free to ask any further questions.
