This auction is for my 1977 Custom Suzuki GS550 Bobber Chopper. Bought this bike a couple of years ago and it ran great. Rode it all year until fall. Bike was at a local shop that was supposed to be getting it ready for the next season for me, and they ended up taking the grips and a few things off the bike and not replacing them. Started working on the brakes and tuning on it and took my money and did not finish what they started. Since then its been sitting in the garage in my home for almost 2 years so the carbs and gas line will need cleaned out and tuned up in order to run the bike. Motor and tranny are perfect. All the Chrome on the bike has been polished out. Frame has been customized (shortened, painted...) Custom hugger rear fender. Tank was off a CB750 Super Sport. The tank was boiled out, welded the side emblems up and completely shaved and Candy painted the perfect color. Handlebars are brand new chrome Drag bars added from the local hog shop. Throttle and cable are from a late model GSXR1000. Bike has always been a beauty and a headturner. I just no longer have the time to get her going and give this baby the love she deserves. This bike will have to be picked up and freshened up. Ive got way more invested than ill ever get out of the bike but thats the way it goes.
