2003 Dodge Quad Cab HEMI SLT pickup, short bed, one owner, almost all the service records from new come with the truck. Has approximately 60,000 miles on Hemi replacement engine which was professionally installed by the same mechanic who has done work on my Ferrari and Corvettes. Not a shade tree job!!! I used this truck when our 1969/70 Mustang restoration business was going strong for hauling bodies in from all over this half of the United States. The body has approximately 214,000 (highway ) miles on it (will slightly vary by a hundred or two by the time is sell because I am still using the truck as an errand runner around town.) It has had three of the doors replaced from being crunched in during a wreck my so had in Texas hauling a cobra jet about 3 years ago. The driver’s front and the passenger front and back were replaced about two years ago when we decided to put the truck back on the road. We did a hurried paint job due to business demand and needing the truck running so the paint is only about a 6 to 7 on a scale of 1 to 10. We did add racing stripe over the front hood and tailgate and stripes on rear of bed with HEMI painted on (these are not perfect but look cool). The only door we did not replace at time of repair (driver’s side rear) does have a slight bend at the very top but it did not take away from the look of the truck so it was kept. Has very slight seal hiss at top from inside, again not worth my time to mess with. The door window is not working and the lock on that door is manual. Has very nice Goodyear medium duty truck tires with chrome rims. Rims show some pitting on chrome. Drive train is in very good condition and the exhaust is very good. It runs just great and takes off like a good HEMI should. The interior is very nice for miles on body and I am a non smoker so there is no smell and I also don’t drink coffee so the carpet/upholstery doesn’t look like crap. No tears of split vinyl on doors, dash, seats etc. Truck bed is in very good shape with just minor dings and NOT rusting at all. Rear bumper has dings at corners from backing car trailer too sharply. Right front fog light got hit with stone and broken out. Left rear taillight assembly is repaired from wreck with clear fiberglass patch. Has spray in bed liner also. CD Player, AC, electric seat, tilt etc… Still have the window sticker and all original paperwork from purchase. I am looking for sale or partial trade. I am looking for a 1992-1996 Ford F150, F250 with a long bed. Truck is available for driving and inspection at my mustang shop. You will not find a better deal on a truck that drives and runs like a newer truck and has the famous HEMI with such low miles. I need an 8’ bed truck!!! As I answered to a guy from California, which I posted on this ad, this truck is a very good running and driving truck. So much so that I am taking it this weekend to Blackwell, Oklahoma to pick up the new daully, 8' bed truck I bought there. As stated above, I am still using the truck. currently it has about 216,200 on body and will have more by end of weekend. I am NOT WORRIED to drive in anywhere. This truck is in better condition with these miles than alot of the "dealer" trucks that are being sold on here. At least you know you are getting a REAL one owner truck, which has not been a lease vehicle, has been serviced correctly it's entire life and wasn't driven to death by some kid. I can honestly say I have never intentionally had the tachometer above 3600 rpms and never drove it on the highway at cruising RPMs at more than about 2200 rpms (which with a HEMI means about 80 MPH). So I hope this gives everyone piece of mind that the truck is road worthy as soon as you slip into the seat. I AM STILL DRIVING IT!!! I did forget to mention one minor item in original listing. I think the left front tire will need balancing, had the balance weight fall off about 3 weeks ago and feel a bit of vibration when slowing down to stop. Drives smooth and only feel it when coming to a stop. So you will have to balance the tire. Also still have the warrantee for all four of the Goodyears on this and believe it is transferable, not for sure though. These are not cheap tires and I bought them at Tires Unlimited in Dayton, Ohio and it is a franchise tire store so there is probably one in your area. If you have a ZERO rating, I will block you from bidding, no offense but I am not going to waste my time nor folks on here who are truly interested in buying this truck who have good feedback histories.
