'58 Chevy Apache 3/4 ton truck. Older restoration, has been partially worked on again but is not completed. Interior only needs minor work to be really nice. Rust in both fenders down low and some in both cab corners. 8' bed with pine boards needs to be bolted down and trimmed out. Pretty solid truck other than the rust mentioned and in the pictures. Has the 292 inline 6 cylinder engine with a granny low 4 speed transmission. Has been sitting inside a shop for 2 1/2 years and not started. Engine starts up and seems to run just fine but could use a tune up or maybe a carbuerator rebuild from sitting, I have changed the valve cover gasket since the old one dried up. Engine still has oil bath air cleaner and been upgraded to HEI ignition. . Have the original owners manual and a 1958 Chevrolet Truck Shop Manual. Includes 2 new trailering mirrors like the truck was equipped new. In the pics it shows the windows duct taped in. The glass had been removed for paint so there are no longer rubber weatherstripping, so the glass was taped in place to keep the truck dry since it's now outside. *** I have only driven this truck around the block and about 20 mph. As stated before it's been sitting inside for some time and will need some attention before being totally road worthy. Tires are dry rotted from age*** Please ask any questions before bidding.
