Up for auction is this extremely nice all original '28 blindback sedan. This car has the original 4 cyl. engine, totally overhauled with only 200 miles since redone. All the #'s match on motor and on title. This car starts easily, idles smoothly, stops very good and shifts gears smooth as silk. The emergency brake works. It goes down the road at 50 mph effortlessly and does not labor at all. It runs straight down the road with no pulling to either direction. It handles at road speed with one finger on the steering wheel. This car is an absolute joy to drive. All guages and lights work, even the dome light. The only thing not working is the speedometer because the cable is broke. New cable will be provided and maybe I will have installed by the auctions end. It has a working electric wiper and blinkers for more safety on the streets. All glass is in good order with only one small crack in the corner of the windshield that is hardly visible. The windows all roll up and down effortlessly. The door locks work as they should. It is nice to be able to lock the doors when necessary. The passenger door will open with the key. This car went through a totoal restoation about 10 years ago and has only been driven 200 miles since, mostly by me. Body and paint are in excellent condition. All steel throughout with zero rust and no dents. Under the hood is clean and looks like new. The under carriage is clean and painted nicely.(see pictures) The doors close easily and align properly, same with the hood. The tires are new. THe interior has been redone and is extremely nice. Seats, door panels, headliner and kick panels all look great. This car is an excellent daily driver, parage car or touring car that I would not hesitate to drive anywhere because everything has been redone. The car has a new vinyl top that doesn't leak and was redone very nicely with the correct trim. If you are looking mor a Model A you can jump in and drive away with confidence and take touring or go to the car shows at a very affordable price, this is the one for you.
