If you are towing or trailering, please let me know. 4) $36 fee for overnighting paperwork(via DHL) for those persons wishing to send a shipper to pickup their vehicle. We will NOT send sensitive paperwork via USPS anymore. $100 Doc fee on ALL transactions. Buyers MUST remit their nonrefundable $100 deposit immediately. NONrefundable Deposit to be via paypal(no echecks)or creditcard. Balance due within 14 days when possession is taken. ANYTHING other than CASH or Certified bank funds for balance-due will incur a 5% equipment fee. *You MUST have proper ID and insurance in order to drive a vehicle off the lot. The person whose name is to appear on the bill of sale must be listed on the insurance as well and we will need proof –ID card or Declaration page of the policy. The buyer’s name must appear on one of these documents. This is the law. This same person MUST be present at closing to sign documents of sale. You MUST have a valid PA driver’s license in order to register a vehicle in PA. IMPORTANT!! IMPORTANT!!! IMPORTANT!!! In addition to emailing your insurance & paperwork info to me, you MUST BRING your valid driver’s license AND current insurance card WITH YOU TO CLOSING!!! If you do not have these items with you, WE CANNOT CLOSE THE DEAL AT THAT TIME WITH YOU!!! State law requires us to photocopy both the front and back of insurance papers and driver licenses….WE WILL NOT CLOSE ANY DEALS WITHOUT THESE DOCUMENTS HERE FOR US TO PHOTOCOPY!
