Hello and thanks for looking at my RX-7. I am a collector with 16+ vehicles and i am running out of room in my garage so i am parting with a few. I have ferraris and a noble and hummers so be confident this car is an awesome machine with lots of freshen ups. It has 67600 originl miles. Not highly modofied and i dont drive my cars hard. ok I bought this car from Tysons Ford about a yer ago. They told me it had a bad motor so i had a plan to rebuild it and drive the car on nice days. I bought the car and sure enough when it arrived it had a huge knocking sound coming from the engine. KDR Rotory is a great rotory shop and i had the car delivered to them so the could do all the work i had planned. They were located in Allentown Pa. They are now located in Lenhartsville Pa. Upon inspection the owner of the shop told me he wasnt sure the motor was bad but he had to take a few things apart to ceck into it. Three days later i got a call with some very good news. not only was the engine not bad but it was newely rebuilt. Whoever put it back together did not connect the torque converter right and it was banging around. 150.00 later i had a smooth running RX-7!!!! Ok from there the car went directly to the paint shop which is called Newton Autobody. (They had previously put on and painted my ferrari 360 body skirts and did a magnificent job so with that being said they proceeded to slap a 5000.00 paint job on the car. That did however include the jspec front ground effect, jspec side skirts, and jspec rear adjustable wing. (paint only not the cost of the parts) The car now looks as new but better with the additions. It looks classy though not cheesy. I am 36 years old so this car doesnt look like im 19. from there I addd new ruff racing black/polished staggered wheels with new zr tires. New kyb racing shocks and struts were also added with hawk pads and zinc coated slotted rotors. A new apexi double cone air filter and 3 inch exhaust were also put on at this point. The car came with tinted windows and i think they still look fine so i did not redo them. An alignment, a new inspection (all i needed were new wipers) and a full fluid change were then done. The automatic trans shifts perfectly and i have no problems with the car. mobil 1 synthetic is used in all my vehicles and this one is no different. well thats about it. there are a few things that i need to mention. the only real negative to the car is that the last idiot took out the a/c! i know that sucks but it is what it is so i dealt with it. you could put it back in if you like. also the power antenna runs but doesnt go up or down. the last small negative is the storage compartment on the drivers door needs replacing. it does have new floormats and the interior looks like a 9-9.5 out of 10. seats have very very little wear. i encourage anyone interested to come see/drive the car at your convenience.
