This is a low mileage S55; always garaged and always serviced by Mercedes Benz dealers. Just had the B Service done in addition to the the 60,000 mile service, a $3,000 cost to me. The car has never been in an accident and to my knowledge and close inspection has no dings or dents. No one has ever smoked in this car. I am the original owner and purchased it through Prestige Motors in NJ. There are only the following flaws: two wheel rims need to be recoated as I have met a couple of curbs inadvertently and alloy rims don't like that; the vanity mirror on the driver's side needs to have some glueing done or a replacement; the cigarette lighter is missing in action and the metallic tag that says AMG on the driver's seat is unattached, although I have it. I originally leased this car through my company and then purchased it when the lease expired, because I enjoyed driving it so very much. I just had to purchase an 8 passenger vehicle inorder to transport our six grandchildren with my wife and myself. I hate parting with this car, since it is so responsive and fun, fun to drive. It has the dynamic seats which makes you feel like you are in a high performance car on a track. Keeps you centered in the seat, and the front passenger too. I purchased an extended warranty which is transferable. It is from Interstate Auto and expires March of 2011or up to 89,750 miles. As long as the car meets the underwriting criteria, it can be extended. The coverage is "Diamond".
