I have a 1981 rabbit diesel that was my daily driver for two years. I recently bought a new car and the rabbit just sits. Its time to sell her. Here's the particulars: 140,608.1 miles Good New tires New exhaust New A arms New ball joints New timing belt New alternator belt New battery New Alternator New Injectors (have spares) New injector lines New struts front and rear New brakes New hoses/thermostat/overflow bottle too many other new parts that I can't currently think of new round headlight radiator support (not installed) cabrio fenders with light holes welded over (not installed) spare transmission 3 castellette wheels (not installed) The bad I removed headliner to recover it, and never got around to it. The speedo just stopped working. I replaced the cable, but its still not working. Other I have lots of spare stuff for this car that will go with it. It's a great little car.
