1979 Hurst Olds, Black and Gold with T- Tops, only 1 out of five made with t-tops. 2499 cars made total white or black and gold. I call this the Jimmy Carter muscle car, the only G body from GM with the 350 engine made and the last of an era. Not many of these cars have survived. This is a 10 year old restoration, and has only about 5k on the engine. This car is a great everyday driver if you want or a week end head turner. I have had tour buses at stop lights ask me what it is and the year. If you are looking for great driver car or with a little TLC a show car, this is the one. Car is rare black and gold with tan cloth interior, great for hot sunny days and the tops out. Car has am/fm 8track in it, but I have the orginial am/fm cassette player, both with go with car. I have an extra face plate for the his/her shifter, with the h/o emblem. I bought one of these new in 1979. The interior is great with only some chips on the dye used to restore the door color. Dash needs some lamps, I have an new cluster for the dash, the tach is not accurate. I have a wiring harness for the console, it was missing. Car has all of it's special H/O items, hood orniment, front badge, tail light trim, emblems inside and out. Car engine was rebuilt with a 308 cam, and runs great. Car will spin tire and chirp second sometimes, even with the road gear, 2.73 final drive that came in it. It does have limited slip rear end. The exhaust has been dualed out correctly, not the factory two outlet muffler. Transmission has upgraded shift kit and clutch plates, a must for the old turbo 350 trans. Do not have room in the garage any more, needs to go. It is priced to sell at today's market. Don't miss this one if you want a car like this. See shipping notice and payment requirements.
