MERCEDES BENZ 300SD 1985 TURBO DIESEL. The legenday 5 cyl turbo, in one of the most reliable, elegant and classy European sedans. The last year made of the famous 126 chassis by MBZ. This car is a one owner California car with 177k original miles. The charcoal color with the gray interior makes of this car a such elegant transportation. Mechanically is perfect, no leaks, no smoke, all the engine compression is there and the transmission shift just perfect. This car is a super reliable car and is a daily driver. Very good on gas 28/30 mpg. Never abused vehicle, none smoker owner, always garaged. Everything works inside and outside the car at exception of the ac ( the compressor is broken, but another compressor will be installed in the car and charged, before the delivery of the car) the cruise control is not been checked. All the gauges, interior and exterior lights, door locks, power windows and power sunroof works, the automatic radio antenna works too. This is the last year made witch include driver's air bag. The belts, hoses, and suspension bushings are in good shape, same as both flex disc. The brakes in the front are 90% left thread and the discs are still in good shape. The rear brakes pads needs to be replace them, they are in a 20% left thread. The antenna grommet is bad, but a new one will be installed. The paint is in perfect condition, same as the chromes. The tires are in a 90/95% left thread all around. The spare tire is the original MICHELIN, from factory still in great condition, no dry, no cracked. The car comes with the original tool set, floor jack and first aid kit. The interior is in great condition over all. Just a minor crack on the right side of dash, almost nothing, and a small tear on the rear seat on the passenger side. Other than this two issues, the interior is amazing clean, all the door panels, headliner, seats, back tray, wood trim, center console, carpets and floor mats. The radio is a JVC with a 12 cd changer unit in the trunk. You are welcome to see and test drive the car at any time, also to bring your own mechanic for a deep inspection. If you are from out of state, you can hire a third party inspection and I'll be glad to assist with that. Please check the car in person before bidding or some one in behalf of the buyer. I been describing the car as the best of my observation. The is a final sale and no return is accepted. As a peace pf mind the car is offered with a 30 days or 1000 miles (WECF) limited warranty on the engine, transmission, differential, drive shaft and axles.
