Up for auction is a 2001 Chevrolet Astro cargo van. This van only has 90,318 miles on it. The body is in good shape with no major dents just the usual commercial vehicle scratches and dings.Mechanically the engine and transmission are in great running condition. All maintenance is up to date. The rear end has a bearing whine but will last along time. This vehicle has always been fleet maintained and stored indoors when not in use. The interior is in very good condition except the vinyl on the drivers seat is cracking This van will show up as a salvaged vehicle when you title it. Back in February 2010 our drive had a front end collision and our insurance company totaled it. We paid the salvage fee to keep it and had it repaired. We didn't have to re register it so the title we have doesn't show that it was salvaged. There was no frame damage just the cost of repairing it was more than the book value of the vehicle. The following parts were replaced after the accident: Front impact bar and bumper. Front grill. New hood. Painted hood. Driver and passenger side airbags and reprogrammed air bag module. That was all it needed to repair. The air bag system is fully functional. This vehicle just passed New Jersey state inspection 5/22/10. We are down sizing our company fleet. I recently sold three other vehicle on ebay to happy buyers. One buyer has left me feedback that you can see and I am awaiting the other two. I am being totally honest with the description of this vehicle as I don't want any negative feedback. We are a honest company that has been in the trucking business for over forty years.
