1966 Cadillac De Ville Convertible - 429 V8 - 170,000 miles - rebuilt engine with 10,000 miles. Engine runs strong, transmission shifts great - excellent highway cruiser. Newer power top with glass window. AC ( not hooked up - but all there) Cruise Control, power windows, power seats, needs new paint. New exhaust system from engine back. All chrome and trim intact. Back bumper slightly pitted - front chrome in excellent shape. Interior in great shape - no tears in seats - a few seams are coming loose on drivers side. I have owned this car for 10 years ( California )- so have put on roughly 1,000 miles a year. - Original owner was from New Mexico - car is very rust free and in great shape. Older restoration, front drivers side fender is a bit wavy. CD player installed in glove box - original speaker holes used. This is a great car looking for a new home.Just drove up the coast from Los Angeles to San Francisco and back with no problems ( 780 miles round trip) Bit of History - car was bought new in Albuquerque, New Mexico - and lived there until May of 1990 - when original owner sold the car to his brother - mileage at this time was 152,000. I bought the car in Oct 2003 with 160,000 miles. Rebuilt engine and now current documented miles are 170,000. ( 10,000 miles on new engine)
