Up for auction is a beautiful 1965 Cadillac Coupe Deville. The car is in amazing original condition -exceptions of the 15 foot fork flames and cd player. It also has been retro-fitted to R134 and a/c does work but leaks out over the summer. It has power windows, locks and seats. The windows are perfect, i never roll them up because it only goes out on nice days but all windows do work, also the front and rear glass have no chips or scratches. The paint is original black, the flames were layed over the original paint and clear coated. The car does show a small amount of blisters in the paint but you will have to get pretty close to find them (i couldnt get them to show in pictures very well but there above left rear skirt. No bondo and its all true GM metal, not even a ding in the body....NOTHING, straight as the day it came off the assembly line. The chrome is in great to excellent shape for the age of the car, some dulling but not major at all. I removed the carpet in the trunk area due to a leaking paint can, so thats the white you see, the trunk is metal so of course there is no rust in the back either. The engine is a 429 big block, very solid and runs great.This car has been to shows 5 hrs away with no problems at all. IT RIDES LIKE A CADILLAC !!!! The car was also lowered about 2 inches, but does not effect the ride or drive of this car. The tires are fairly new with about 80% tread left on them. MILEAGE is not correct, I dont know what the true mileage is, I would guess around 70-80 k. The interior is in great shape with an exception of the driver seat, its ripped as you can see for yourself in the pictures. The wipers work, all brake lights, turn signals and headlights (high and low beam). All seat belts buckle and release with no stiking. Now the big question is why am i selling this car? Well i was laid off 1 month ago and my wife is in her last year of medical school so the toys have to go.
