Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 Up for auction is a 1957 BMW Isetta 300 standard model VIN#500553 being sold “as is” which I have owned since 1986. I bought this car with the chassis totally disassembled. A few years back I bought many new, restored parts, and also cleaned up many parts to this car which I will include in this auction. The chassis has been sandblasted and painted. I have taken pictures of what you get and will offer now a list of what comes with it: Front and rear suspension parts I have gathered from this car New front shocks and rebuilt rear shocks Some new silent blocs installed Brake parts front and rear (1 front wheel cyl., 1 rear wheel cyl. though) 3 new metal brake lines, 3 new flex lines to wheel cylinders 3 sets of wheel cylinders pistons 2 front, 1 rear & master cyl. piston, master cylinder shell with cap Rebuilt engine, never ran (# 576350) Rebuilt rear chain drive New drive donuts Clean transmission shifts easy, need new seals and gaskets, linkage included Bing carb all there needs rebuild Used cooling shroud with heat flap, good used condition Exhaust pipe from engine to muffler, used but good No muffler Gas tank used, no holes but needs restore New clutch, throttle, emergency brake, choke, and heater cables All new body rubber for lights, door, windows front & rear, bumpers some grey & black Misc. rubber grommets, boots New sliding window tracks and rubber Seat in good used condition (see pic) Front windshield has a crack where inside rearview mirror is about 2½ inches. (spring broke on garage door one winter guess where it landed) Rest of glass is good 2 split rims and 2 tubeless rims 4 new B.F. Goodrich 4.80 X 10 tires No interior panels for sides, back panel in and have front panel, rough condition It is as if the body was lifted off and nothing else done. So steering wheel, dash, and all electrical still in place No front bumper but do have nerf bars A little rust on front door Rust behind passenger wheel well, and a crease (see pic) Rear bumper has a wield on it (see pic) Battery box is rusted out but floor in general good shape Ignition key works front door also Badge and emblem is there 4 used hubcaps New black sunroof in bag All sunroof hardware there but no center bow Air intake box used but complete Linkage pan used good condition Yes there are a few parts missing but over all most are there but again not complete. With all I am giving with this car one can choose to restore or use for parts. My reserve is set low even though there is a good amount of new stuff with this car.
