It belongs to a village in the Chicagoland area. The exterior is white with a gray interior. The interior seats are cloth in the front and vinyl in the back. The driver’s seat has some tears in it and is power lumbar only. The car has rubber flooring. The vehicle has also been road tested and it rides and drives okay. It does have an occasional misfire that will not be repaired. It also has a minor vibration in the front end. The exterior of this vehicle is in good condition for its age. The paint is bright white and looks good although there are some dents or scratches. There are holes on the roof and trunk of the vehicle that were used to mount police equipment. These have been patched with flush plug buttons. You can see them in the pictures. The rear bumper is damaged. The original spotlight is included although it is disconnected. The tires are in fair condition. Condition of any other items is unknown. Rules and Regulations This vehicle is being sold directly by the owner of the vehicle – a village in the Chicagoland area. You are welcome to come see this vehicle, but it may not be on site at all times. Please email to set up an appointment so that the vehicle will be available. To make the experience of purchasing this vehicle go smoothly, we ask that you are financially capable of completing the transaction within seven days of the completion of the auction. This is a reminder to all bidders. This vehicle is USED and is not new. Please expect a certain amount of wear, use, and flaws as is standard on any used vehicle. Used vehicles may have dings, nicks, chips, scratches, rust and any other marks that are associated with use consistent with age and mileage of the vehicle. I have tried to identify all of these marks, but I may not have seen them all. Since this vehicle is used, books, extra keys and other minor accessories may not be available. These items are often replaceable at any local factory dealer. Buyers may inspect vehicles prior to bidding if they so desire. All inspections must be completed prior to bid submission. All sales are as is. Once the auction concludes the sale is binding and is not subject to inspection or renegotiation. Non-paying bidders will be reported to e-Bay and all action possible under the law will be taken. This vehicle is sold AS-IS. Those items are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder. We require that a deposit be made to secure the transaction within 24 hours of the close of the auction. This deposit is $250 and is payable through PAYPAL. Should any buyer fail to make this deposit or to make other arrangements with us, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and we will follow a non-paying bidder complaint with e-Bay. If the buyer pays the deposit, but does not complete the transaction for any reason, then the deposit is forfeited and becomes the property of the seller. The $250 deposit will be applied to the total cost of the vehicle. The balance of the purchase price MUST be paid by CASH, CASHIERS CHECK or MONEY ORDER. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT! We do not accept credit for the full payment of the vehicle – only for the deposit and administration fee. We DO NOT accept any forms of loans, draft payments or escrow plans. If you arrive to pick up your vehicle and do not have an acceptable form of payment you will be denied the vehicle. Final payments must be made within 7 days of the close of the auction. There are no refunds or cancellations once payment has been made. All sales are final! We reserve the right to end any auction early should we deem it necessary. We further reserve the right to reject a bidder at any time and to refuse the sale of any vehicle to any bidder or buyer at our discretion should we deem it necessary. If the bidder has already paid the deposit, the money will be refunded. We do not offer financing, nor do we accept trade-ins. Once the vehicle is paid for, full insurance is required. We do not insure the vehicle after payment is made. At the close of the auction, we will contact you by email and ask for your name and phone number. You will be required to pay $250 via Pay Pal for the deposit. You may pick up your vehicle Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. We will have all paperwork ready for you upon arrival.
