New Transmission approx. 15000 miles ago Oil Changes every 3000 miles since new Ambulance runs well! It does have some body rust. Please see pictures or ask. It does leak some oil but very STRONG motor. 7.3 L Powerstroke If not sold to an Ambulance Service or Fire Department the siren and light bar are not included.
