I have had this car for 4 years and have considerable time and expense in it. As it sits today, it is mounted on a rotisserie, been sandblasted, and has a top, firewall, dash from another 57 88 that needs to be welded in place. It is 2 separate pieces at this point and needs to be tweaked some more to be welded in place. It has not been prime-red and is in a temperature, humidity controlled environment. It comes with all parts pictured and includes all glass,except windshield, stainless, interior pieces, seat springs, tires and wheels, springs. You name it, I am sure I have it and even the hardware. I have a rebuilt J-2 motor, bored 30 over with new pistons, rings, bearings. Heads have been redone with new valves, seats and springs. Motor has a new cam with solid lifters. It has the original rocker arms, push rods and have not been redone. The carbs will need to be rebuilt. I have the original Jetaway transmission and a Bourg Warner T-5 that was going to be used by the guy that had it before me. The car was an automatic car with deletes of the clock and back-up lights. This is a major project for someone who has the time and skill to complete and by bidding on this, you must understand it is offered as is. I have started this auction at the cost of the rotisserie and the car is free basically. Do not bid on this with the intentions of taking only the motor. You win the bid, you take everything with you. There is NO RESERVE, so high bidder wins. I can help with transport, as I have a truck and trailor, but it will be at .30 per loaded mile, up to 300 miles.
